Do you know of a place that will authenticate brand name watches? Or is there a forum where you can post the info and have the experts way in? I have heard about Fake Spotters (http://www.fakespotters.com/) but was looking for perhaps a bit more reassurance.

Thanks DF! I posted pictures and someone came back right away and said it looked real. The seller also sent me a message when I expressed my concern about it being authenticate and stated it came with all the paperwork minus the purchase receipt but she had a receipt from the Cartier store for a recent new battery. I'm assuming "cartier store" meant the actual store or an authorized dealer. Regardless I will never buy brand names again off ebay! I can handle diamonds and settings but this will a whole new level of stress I never want to experience again!
