I am loving the big yellow tanzanian opal. I think somebody beat me to it though - I sent him an e-mail and didn't get a reply yet, but it's showing up as reserved :blackeye: keep yer fingers crossed for me!

I like the benitoites too. Pretty colour and well matched. That huge rhodie is pretty cool too! Dark though, but at nearly 40cts I'd get over it

the kornerupine had my name all over it and I was there the instant the page loaded, but I just couldnt justify it with 8 tourmalines 2 moonstones and one winza sapphire on the way, so I let it pass. I know I'll regret it until the other stones get here. the cateye apatite looked real nice too, great color and sharp eye.

The red tourmaline caught my eye. I figured it would go quickly, and it has. Not buying this month, but would love to see pictures of anything others have purchased.

I love that cushion spess.

The matched cut spess and tourmaline pair are really cool too.

The trapische emerald is really neat. I like the "phantom ruby," too.

I also think that plum sapphire would look awesome in a green gold bezel. Do you think it's too shallow and would window? Or would the portuguese cut help that?

The moment I like something I see it is reserved... I like the pezzotaite. And the spessartite. To those who like it too, buy it before I make up my mind!

I thought the trapiche emerald is pretty cool and a good example for its variety. The other nice one I was interested in is the pair of benitoites. As usual, the things I like are always sold out before I even get a chance to see the web update.

Vel,
There is no measurement of the depth, but per the description, Brad said it’s not shallow. I don’t see a window so it might not have one. It may have a larger than usual tilt window though if it has a good spread.

You know, Brad's last few posts haven't caught my eye at all...until this one. The Ethiopian opal, mint garnet, plum sapphire, mint kornerupine, benitoites, cat's eye apatite, 12-ray star spinel, JXR amethyst...yum! Didn't get anything, though. I've spent too much lately and have to rein it in.

The matches spess and tourmaline would make a cool bypass ring.

I always love Brad's mismatched pairs, but I never feel like I could come up with a neat enough design for them. I really, really want one though.

ETA: I've thought about mother-daughter rings..that has been the most interesting idea I've been able to come up with, and that's really not even that interesting.
