Custom work in DC...Quest or Adeler?

I am looking at having a 2.1ct EC reset from a 3 stone into a solitaire. I am really partial to a Leon Mege design and was wondering who you all trust. From my research here, Quest does great work and being that they are local would be an added bonus. Also, I''ve seen some things for Adeler in Great Falls. Looking for some advice.

I'm not familiar with Adeler. Quest does nice work but if Leon in is your budget, i'd go with Leon and no one does the prongs as well as leon.

I''m not even quite sure of what Leon would charge for something like this. I am going to speak with both locals as well. Not in a hurry, just want to make the best decision.
