So whiteflash called me because yesterday I called to get a price on what their surprise "comfort fit" solitaire ring would cost if I had a cushion head put on. Well they quoted me a price and i mentioned that i live in TX and would have to pay sales tax on top of the 200.00 extra of modofiations and so there was something else I would be more interested in for that price range. Well the lady asked me what I was looking at. So I gave her the link to the legacy setting and she said we may be able to do something custom for you. Well my max budget is 1100.00 tops and so I showed her the ring style that I liked but told her I would like surprise sapphires in the hearts instead of just hearts. She said they may be able to do it and if not we could at least do sapphires but not in the hearts. This setting is from knox but it didnt have the surprise diamonds so that''s why I choose the legacy. Here is the link to the tender hearts setting I gave to whiteflash

It has the pave like the legacy and the decor on the sides,ect. Whiteflash would put surprise sapphires on the front and back of the ring where the hearts are, and on the sides w/the pave those would stay heart shaped. This is very similar to a ring I wanted at Neckers when I first found the cushion cut diamond. What do you guys think? I am still waiting on a price quote from them...I''m getting it done in 14K white gold, so it hopefully will be within my budget. The best part is they will set my diamond for me yay!
