Custom Tiffany Novo setting with 6 prong?

Hey all, I am in the process of finalizing a purchase of a RB diamond for an engagement ring. I like the Tiffany Novo setting but want to change the head to 6 prong instead of 4. In a way, it's like combining the 6 prong head from the Tiffany solitaire with the Novo band. Does anyone know a vendor that makes the closest Novo replica that can do it?

Any of our vendors can make it for you why don't you email a few of them to get price quotes? Vendors that hand forge will usually be pricier than vendors who cast.

I'm sure that most of the vendors here could do something similar to that ring. My vote goes to BGD though - they have a "Novela" setting and you could do this with their 6-prong head (look at those yummy claw prongs!):
