Custom earrings

Hi everyone! Thanks to these forums I've have a beautiful Victor Canera OEC e-ring, Whiteflash ACA Princess studs, and a Brian Gavin cut H&A pendant.

I've had these CZ earrings for 7 years and am considering getting diamond versions of them made. Who do I go to?? Alternatively, if anyone has ideas of pre-made diamond earrings I might like, I'd be very interested! I'm 31 years old.
