Hello,

I'm looking to re-create a pair of Tiffany Victoria Drop earrings,

http://www.tiffany.com/Shopping/Item.aspx?fromGrid=1&sku=23870517&mcat=148204&cid=287464&search_params=s+5-p+1-c+287464-r+101323351-x+-n+6-ri+-ni+0-t+

Who might be a better jeweler(s) to re-create this for us?

I'm looking at the diamond specifications. It said total weight for the eight marquise diamonds is 0.40cts, does it translate to 0.05ct each?

Thanks!

Zeiss

PS those earrings are extremely sweet, I just don't want to pay the T. markup

NICE earrings!!
I love the design.

If there''s 8 marquises and the total weight is .40ct, that would mean .05 each...

I''d say Whiteflash.

Here''s their earring selection of already made. I think they could make those easily.

Thanks David! :)

I''m starting to source the stones for the project, but I don''t seem to find any marquise stone at this weight from online vendors. The smallest marquise I can find on say, Bluenile, is 0.30

Where might be a good place to source those smaller stones, in GOOD quality?

Thanks!

Zeiss

Zeiss, I'd say that trying to source diamonds, and labor separately is asking for problems.
Any company making these type of earrings needs to have sources for the smaller stones.
It's very important to have consistency in shape . For example, we have specialists to pick such stones- it's a tough job to match them perfectly- but if it's done wrong the entire look of the earrings will suffer.

I don't feel that this is the type of diamond easily purchased loose online- certainly not BN.....

I agree with David, let the jeweler you work with source the stones. That is what is usually done.
