I'm not crazy about the very thick girdle on the first stone and there's no GIA report shown on the second cushion. I also don't like that the pictures shown is a generic sample and not the cushion itself. One cannot buy fancy cut diamonds like a cushion by the numbers alone.

You can't buy a cushion from it's certificate. You have to see it, the faceting and the performance. I'll see if I can find any for you to consider.

Would I be able to fit an emerald in my setting instead? The setting is prong set and all of the stones I'm
Looking at have the corners cut..

You can not do an I1 in a step cut. Can't really do SI even. VS or better. An EC would work though. But you will have to for higher clarity.

I haven't been able to find any cushions that I like in the size I need

Here is a radiant I like the look of (purely aesthetically, I am not educated enough to tell if it performs well)

Could this fit in my setting instead?? I also like emeralds as well...

This probably could. I don't know how it will perform, but you could ask for an ASET. You only get three, so chose carefully.

Is there anywhere I might be able to find an antique chunky faceted cushion?

Diamonds reflect. Even my GIA F can look yellow if the light is yellow, if the walls are beige, if it's reflecting someone's shirt. And old cuts are like kaleidoscope ... they reflect everything and love color. Many reflect colored light more than they do white light. So... if you want something that looks white-- you want something like a step cut.. they are very good at being white and staying white. If you want an old mine cushion, you have to accept the personality for what it is.

It's an EGL I. Ask Adam if what the color of it is like. But even if it's a true I-- even if it was a G, the nature of the faceting is one that will show color.

I am waiting on the ASET for the cushion and the emerald. Oldworlddiamonds never emailed me back though.

My setting is a cushion shaped halo, with prongs. I am leaning more towards the emerald but do you thing it will look strange in my setting? Also, do emeralds sparkle or are they more flashy?
