Cushion Cut Center Cloudy/Gray

I'm concerned about the center of my diamond that it's gray/cloudy. The outside of this is super sparkly and pretty. I'm not sure if this is normal or if I should return it. It's a good cut, vs1, G color, 1.33 carat.

It's likely due to the cut of the diamond. Good cut isn't actually very good so you probably need to look for another diamond.

Yes, return it while you can. Cushions are hard to pick and that one looks like it is dead in the center.

You need to be able to request an aset image of a stone to check on light return to make sure it is a bright, flashy stone.

Oh, I wish that hadn't happened to you. I hope you are still in your return period. It is daunting to think of starting over, but you can do much better. Please come back and get some help from our knowledgeable PSers. Research it out a little more so you know what to look for because everything looks sparkly under jewelry store lights. Btw, I do like your setting style which looks great on you! Let us know how it works out.
