No, you will have to request these measurements separately. AGS certificates contain them, GIA certs do not.
If you ask to have the stone run through a Sarin or Ogi machine, those will return the full set of measurements for you.
I concur with jaytee, Getting a sarin analysis
should not be a problem. A vendor should be able
to make that information available to you
upon request.
