I thought the TIC score was meant to be the best for quality of stone? How does this stone get a TIC score but yet only has very good light return and scintillation? Shouldn't everything be excellent?

It is a very very wide group of combinations.

What is FIC? Everyone seems to talk about the TIC score being the best. I'm so confused!
