Could someone identify this ring?

I've been searching a bit for this ring. I'm not entirely sure who made it so I'd figure I'd ask around. Does anyone find this ring familiar? Any help would be appreciated, as this is going to someone extremely special in my life.

If I can't find exactly the same ring, could someone point me to rings that are similar in design? I'm focusing on the "Ivy" design near the bottom.
