Cost of Lucida mounting

Hi,I'm planning to get a square cut diamond from a factory direct store, and then have it mounted in a Lucida/trestle style.I'm wondering how much to budget for the Lucida-style mounting for a 1-carat stone? Would platinum be better or white gold?Also, does anyone know of anyone who can do the mounting in the San Francisco area at a reasonable rate?Thank you!Jennifer
