Yummy! Maybe these burgers will be our weekend treat.

You guys all have me on the tomato mozzarella thing (it''s my fave salad) so we are having that with dinner tonight. I haven''t figured out what else to have, but most likely it will be fish.

i know kaleigh ME TOO. i don''t know WHY but i am burger obsessed. and i love beef anyway. last nite we had halibut burgers which were really yummy but it''s not beef!! hehe.

now i am thinking we''ll make these tonite and grill some corn, and have a green salad. greg will be like what''s up with the burger madness.

the best part is the leftover burgers...we always have a few, and i just microwave one up the next day (they get kinda tough though) and then eat them bare with just ketchup and dijon...it''s VERY yummy for a lunch and it fills me up big time.
