Kelpie - you had a contract with RH. That contract stated that you had a 150% returns guarantee. That means, that contractually, if you're not happy with the stone for whatever reason (or the stone is misrepresented), she will refund you. Her contract with you is NOT contingent on who shipped what, to whom and when. So this is a simple case of breach of contract. The fact that she's trying to foist a stone on you that you have returned is of no consequence and utterly irrelevant. I'm sure RH believes that if you have the stone she doesn't have to refund you but in law that is totally incorrect. You are right to refuse the stone back through the postal system and honestly should do everything to force a refund.
