Clouds, surface graining, and a crystal

What will affect a diamond more. A stone (grading .9 on HCA) with clouds and surface graining (Says clouds are not shown, and Surface graining not shown -- on the comments section of the GIA cert), or a stone (2.6 on HCA) with a few feathers and one crystal between 5-6 oclock on the GIA cert (nothing in the comments section of cert)? :read:

Clouds can be bad in SI and lower clarities.
They can not show clouds on a clarity plot because the whole sketch could look very bad indeed - far worse than the stone lokked.
