Holy perfect cushion ring, Batman!!!! Congratulations - the basket details is one of the most fabulous design features I have ever seen on PS. It somewhat reminds me of Reena''s cushion halo setting, but that whole ring is all you!!!!!

Do you have more pictures of the ring? I know you think you posted a lot, but honestly, I couldn''t get enough of your fabulous ring if you posted 50 pictures!

Thanks to everyone for your very kind words and congratulations. It''s a beautiful, sunny (HOT!) day here, so will go outside shortly to stock up on more sunshine photos.

Dreamer: my FIANCE(!) was very happy to let me take the bull by the horns on this project. He knew how important it was to me and how very strong of opinions I held. I know he could have done just as good of a job as I did -- he simply didn''t have the time to dedicate to it though. He''s been working 2 jobs since last March, so didn''t feel as if he had the necessary time to suss everything out. I live in Perth, Aus, and that was a consideration for me too. If maintenance more than general prong tightening on the centerstone becomes necessary, I will go back to a few jewellers I found here who seemed fairly compentent and speak to them about their capabilities. If I do not feel comfortable with them, I will not hesitate to "suck it up" and pay the international shipping. I learned a very important lesson when dealing with the centerstone being loose when I received it -- Leon is simply in a different class than your average jeweler. My hometown jeweler in the States couldn''t fix what he handled in 2 hours.

Once again, thank you all for your generous compliments. I''m so thrilled to finally have a beauty of my own, after seeing all of the stunning creations on here for so long!!

) immediately reminded me of Reena''s before I saw that it was loosely based on hers. And yum..... I don''t care what people say about him, I still love his work

And I am so glad he appropriately took care of the loose issue, too!

Well I think it is great that you got to design the ring as you wanted. It must have been so exciting!

How are the diamonds on the undergallery set? They almost look bezel set...

It was very exciting designing the ring with Leon - but my partner definitely had his input heard! He was very adament that the halo didn''t look like "a flying saucer"! He also wanted the centerstone set in the halo all the way to the girdle, not floating above. And no white gold - he was enamoured with the idea of having platinum. Needless to say, we didn''t have many disagreements about the design.

The diamonds in the gallery are bezel set - so tiny, very hard to tell with the naked eye. I now understand what everyone on here means when they say that things look much more delicate in real life! It''s amazing how many rainbows such small melee can put out though.

Ginger, I am definitely a Leon Lurker, I check his site many times a week! I am so glad you were able to change the gallery to your liking!-I remember you
being concerned about that. I came out so lovely! You are a girl after my own heart! I laughed when I saw the knee shot! When I first got my ring I would take a bath
and put it on the edge of the tub! The light came through the window and just set off sparklies! I looked like a prune by the time I got out!!

When you get a band would you take a shot next to the ring for me? I would so love to see that. As you know I have been going back and forth and cant make up
my mind which Leon to order. I have given myself a year to decide for sure, until about May. My 30th anniversary is July and I want it done by then. I have three
Leon styles I am trying to decide between but I love the Reena. I am a stackin girl though and usually wear three bands. I dont know if I could just do one!!

Anyway, your pictures are just lovely and the ring looks so very beautiful on you. Much wishes on a wonderful wedding and marriage.
