Choosing between 2 stones - radiant and emerald cut

I am by no way one to comment on the cut or quality but as a girl that radiant is very pretty and is interesting. :appl:

Thanks for the feedback so far!

As to setting, it will be in a plain 2mm white gold solitaire for now due to budget constraints. I also have a baguette sidestone setting that currently houses an heirloom round diamond that I am considering repurposing for one of these stones.

Both are really nice. The radiant is reminiscent of a modern cushion I think. I do think you will see some tint with the J color. They are very different looks. If you have no preference, I would go for the radiant as it faces up larger. Both are beautiful!

I think the ASET will give me a better idea of the appearance of the apparent bowtie in the radiant and my primary concern with the emerald cut is how the J color will appear.

Also - my inspiration for the emerald cut stone is librarychickie's ring
