in looking at the AGS cert for a stone, if they show the symbol for a "chip" on the key (or legend), does that mean there is one in the diamond, even if you can''t see that mark anywhere on the plot of the inclusions? would the symbol be noted if it weren''t being used? would a VS2 be graded a VS2 if it had a chip? i''m confused, please help!
