If you're crazy, then I'm crazy, too. But I think @Autumn in New England is correct - the listing contains photos taken at different times, and the cup was added at a later point.
The only thing I can add is, did GRS test for colour stability back in 2018? I know they do now, but I don't know when they started. If it was more recent, I wouldn't pay too much attention to the present comment, but would also want to know whether the colour is stable.
On a side note, last year I bought a fountain pen with rose gold accents. You can imagine my disappointment when the rose gold tarnished, only, it didn't tarnish evenly across, but in black spots, just from sitting in its box. sigh
Believe it or not, GRS was one of the first labs to routinely test for color stability. They officially began classifying the categories on reports in 2019, but were testing for it as early as 2016. What surprised me more? The GIA recently stopped routinely testing for it. You have to specifically request it! And they're an LMHC lab (GRS and AGL are not), so that really boggles me. I received a call from the head GIA gemologist to explain why their article from 2022 said they now automatically test for it, but did not test my yellow sapphire I submitted last year. He explained that color fading is rarer than it's made out to be, so they stopped (really?). But he did allow me to resubmit it for free. You can also conduct the test quite simply at home with relative accuracy. But I wanted it mentioned on the cert.
About your pen, the black spots usually indicate that it could be plating that is beginning to corrode. Did they say it was solid RG?
