Cartier Trinity from SP!!!

The ring arrived today

I think the fit is OK. I will be obessing about it for the next few days, to be sure! I spoke with someone at Cartier about the sizing. My middle finger, right hand is size 6, 52 their size. They recommended a 51. {That was over the phone]. The 52 seems tight enough, with a little breathing space. Opinions from other Trinity owners, please? If I go with a 51, it's Cartier rather than SP. Add a bunch of $$$.

Oh Risingsun it is just gorgeous! What a great deal to find one on Signed Pieces. It think it is a perfect right hand ring!!!

I think it''s beautiful and looks great on your hand! Don''t forget that summer is coming, fingers tend to swell a little in the heat - I don''t think I''d shell out the extra $$$ to get the 51 from Cartier.

Appraisal question...how do I get one? I want to insure the ring for replacement value. I don''t have an invoice to support this. The ring has the requisite hallmarks to authenticate it. What should I do? TIA

i think signed pieces will provide you with something. i have purchased from them four times and they have always sent me something with my purchase. i''d give them a call. i purchased from the facets line but i would not think that would make any difference. they can''t give the cartier papers unless they had them but surely they have the ability to provide what you need for insurance.

Risingsun, I''m a size 6 and got a Cartier Trinity from SP a couple of months ago (the one with the one pave band, not the 3 pave, I wish!). Anyway it''s a 52 and I''m really happy with it. Because it''s a bit chunkier than other rings it''s not in any danger of rolling off, but the extra size means I don''t have to roll it to get it off cos I worry about scratching it if I have to roll it too much, if you KWIM.

Cartier also did recommend the 51 to me but I''m glad I got the 52 from SP. Both for $$$ and for comfort.

I do play with it

My DH put it on his pinky and he thought it was fun to play with it, too. He kept saying, it really rolls over your finger LOL. Be sure to post when you get your Memoire tri-band. I''m looking forward to seeing it
