Can this ring be resized?

This ring is currently 7.5 I was wondering if its possible to be resized down to 6?

I wouldn't resize it. I would add a temporary plastic sizing tube like this:

Also, if you opt to stack rings with this ring they will feel tighter. Often times people size up if they intend on stacking their bands.
