Does this diamond look okay? It is not in the ACA category in white flash but in the expert selection. I have yet seen the hearts image under the scopes, but the hearts image in the AGS cert looks fine. Please do comment.

Im also looking at a Vatche Sisley ring setting, are there similar ones out there but at a cheaper price?

There also seems to be a feather right at the edge of the diamond. Just checking if it would be safe to buy a diamond like this even though it is a VS1. I also heard that .8 diamonds are quite a unusual size for diamonds. People genernally go for .7 or .9 diamonds. Is there a reason why?

That diamond should be beautiful! I think you could easily go down to G color, but if you want F, that one is nice!

The thing I do not like about the Sisley is that the wedding band is going to rub up against the part that has the little diamond that sticks out at the base. So I personally would not choose that particular setting. I like the Vatche Caroline better. I also like the WhiteFlash Legato Sleekline solitaire, with or without the diamonds on the shank.

I agree with DS, but my vote would be for the Caroline.

My girlfriend said she wanted a colourless diamond. Im not sure if she is able to tell any difference.

I like the .88 G VS1, but any of your choices would be beautiful. I also think that it would be very unlikely that once the stone was set that you gf could tell the difference between an F and a G. It's difficult to do even when the stones are upside down, side by side, on a white background, so they it's unlikely face up in it's setting that any lay person would see the very slight difference. G VS is the sweet spot for many PSers and a nice balance of color and clarity.
