Can someone help identify my necklace?

Sorry, I’m new, can someone help me identify the brand of my necklace or give any information on its value? I will attach pictures. It is engraved with D0.77, Au750, and an L. The chain is 16 inches but I don’t know the weight. From what I learned from Google searches, my necklace is 18K White Gold and 0.77ct diamonds? It also has ITALY engraved so I’m guessing that’s where it was made? I’m not sure what the engraving of the L stands for, though. I received it as a gift from my uncle in China and I’m just curious as to where it’s from or its value. Thanks, I appreciate any help.

I think you're right with the 18k (au750) the D0.77 being the total diamond weight. No idea about a designer "L".
