Can a halo be added to a 3 stone ring without a new setting

I have a 3 stone ring, round solitaire 1.25 carat and 2 trillions on the sides. I love the new cushion setting with a halo. Can this be added to my current setting or will I need a new setting? I love my ring but I've always felt like it lacked something. I've never had a wedding band, any suggestions on band?

You will need a new setting, or to have this one remade, which could cost as much as a new one.

It might be possible. I'd suggest calling Quest. They added a halo to Fi Z's oval ring without changing out the setting. Her thread is below:

Wow. I had no idea this could be done, especially with a setting like hers. Quest did a great job.
