Calling Upgradable

Hi Uppy,

I love your Beverley K and am hoping to get one soon though my center stone will be much smaller than yours. I''ve 2 qns regarding the melee:

1. Are your melee the original size or larger so as to be proportional to your center stone?

2. Are 2 melee held by 8 prongs or 6 prongs? (Funny qn I know but I prefer one melee to be held by 4 prongs than shared prongs. Don''t want to deal with the hassle of melee dropping out.)

Hi Ashleigh! Congrats on picking the BevK. I absolutely LOVE mine! My melee are the original size. They only increase the number to make the halo larger, and the proportions look great. I think these are half pointers, but that have tons of sparkle and fire. As for how they are held, I''m at work right now and am not wearing it, but I''m pretty confident saying they are bead set, not prong set. I cannot tell you how many beads per stone, but I have had no problems with losing stones. My mounting is 18k gold though, which is more rigid, which helps keeping melee in place. Hope that helps! Where are you buying? If it is through Pearlman''s (Julian is the best!), go ahead and ask them all of these questions. Their customer service is top notch! Please keep us posted with pictures!!!

Good to no that the melee don''t pop. Do you know if it was Bev K or Pearlman who set your diamond and melee?
