Well this 1.11 ct Argyle Fancy Purplish Pink VS1 IS screaming my name, but @ $122,100 I have to plug my ears.

My jaw hit the floor when i saw it, then my kidneys paniced when I saw the price. Seperation anxiety. But no way in heck can I swing that kind of money for a stone.

What, no love for that IF vivid yellow? It is lovely. The first yellow i had to stare at for a full 5 mins without navigating away.

The 2+ ct fancy vivid yellow IF stone disappeared!! It isn't anywhere, and it isn't sold either! I have no more eye candy to browse in the yellow segment

That happened last week to that pair, yes a pair, of flawless Fancy Blue pears, TCW around 2.2 ct IIRC.

I'm guessing these expensive MIAs may be co-buys and the partner sold them.

What would you guess they cost?
I have no experience with gems in the upper stratosphere but I'd guess between $200 and $400K.

Of course you'd have to grind down the one on the right so the size and shape matches better.
I wonder whether they came from the same piece of rough.
