The best time to drive Billy Ray with any sort of vigor is EARLY (6-ish) in the morning on a weekend. The express lanes coming south are virtually empty then and there is no place for the cops to lurk. But the odds of us being both UP *AND* SOBER at 6 am on Saturday are an unlikely combination! You and I (one bad influence on another!) are far more likely to be STILL up, and given that fact, far from any condition in which driving should occur!
