Calling anyone with pear sidestones...

Where/how did you purchase your setting? I know James Allen has a setting with side pears, but it's not exactly what I'm looking for. I'd like to find one in platinum similar to the picture below, which I am in love with! It has the perfect proportions: slightly raised center diamond, slim and graceful prongs, beautiful baskets, and the perfect amount of spread to cover the finger east-to-west. So, since I know there are several PSers with this type of setting, I was wondering if you could tell me where you found it, or if you had to have it custom made? Thanks!
