Calling All JKT Key Owners

Hey girls,
Can you post a picture of your key and tell me it''s size. I am trying to decide how big I want my key to be. I just say my second set of sketches today and so I have to decide soon. I know this thread may not go in this forum but this is where I first saw the keys so I thought Id stick close to home.

One day I will be a JKY owner. For now, I just sit and wait like you do. I do have a picture of BEG's, but that would be wrong for me to post it. You'll have to wait for her. You can also search and find some beautiful keys on the thread devoted to her...let me find you the link.

Aww thanks Miracles, but it's ok, you're totally welcome to post it.

I'm having issues posting in general right now - I don't know why but the Borders internet is going super slowly for me.

Blackberry, I know I have a couple pics of the key in my gallery too. It's 1.25 inches with a small sapphire set in - and it's the classic fleur de lis design.

ETA: I lied, I'm sorry, I don't have the pic in my gallery - at least I don't think so. Here's the only one I think I've posted so far!

See there...that is why I didn''t post my picture. The one you posted is much prettier than the one of me holding it up trying to get it to stay on the top of the blue box.

Aww thanks Miracles dear. Though I can''t take credit - the lighting in my mom''s backyard helps a TON. That''s why I never try to post gem pics I take in my apt at night - daylight wins every time

Send me GTG pictures please, if you have time! I can''t believe I couldn''t find my camera when we were taking group pics! It was buried under all my stuff in my bag!

Okay, I''ll post in secret folder soon. I just hate how I look. Blech. Anyway, I hired a personal trainer today and the next three months are going to be a total boxing boot camp nightmare. I am going to lose this by my 50th. ::::stands with fist::::::

Did you see the key JKT did for Freke? I saw the sketches, but no way did I have the capacity to envision the outcome. It''s awesome. I love it. I covet.

Ooh that sounds INTENSE! I started working out (finally used my free trial membership at my apt gym that I''ve had for 2.5 years) but kind of stopped thanks to my birthday and V-day weekends. Too much eating, not enough working out!

Freke''s key is awesome! Can you believe she had that many pretty little gemmies lying around for that project?? Have her design you one! I think it''d be cool to do one in RG with pink and golden gems (and some diamonds). Drooool....

Key Necklaces Thread

Here is a neckshot:

Here is a comparison shot between my Tiff key and the JKT key:
Tiffany Trefoil Key, 2.25 inches

JKT Key in Argentium silver with 6 tourmalines of various colors, a tsavorite, a demantoid, and a peridot, I think it''s about 3.5 inches long. The Tiff key hits just under the middle stone on the top. (East/West tourm rectangle)...Let me go find my ruler...Just measured and it''s actually exactly 3 inches.

Thanks Freke. I really wanted to know how big your''s was b/c I saw it on you in a picture and wondered it''s size. Man, Iove all that green! Mine is going to be a 1.5 in since I like it to be a little bit smaller for everyday wear.
