key necklaces

I would love it if we could start a thread with pics of your key necklaces and where you had them made or bought them. I am fascinated with these now.
Also, if you can give the length of the key too for reference.

I do not have a key necklace, but I considered getting one of the Tiffany key necklaces for my niece's 21st birthday. At that time some people came forward and discussed at least the Tiffany keys. I know some of our members own key necklaces! AJ (arjunajane) recently posted about her key in katebar's. There are more. I am going to run out of time to add all of the ones that inspired these necklaces!!! Suffice it to say that a lot of Etsy keys have been made.

I think glitterata has a key as well? It may be my imagination that I saw a thread title about one. I never had time to open it, but knowing glitterata, if she had a key at all, it was unique and antique!

I don''t have a key pendant. I bought a silver setting from Julia Taylor, the lovely jeweler who makes the keys that are so popular here, and I have commented on other people''s keys, but I don''t have any of my own.

I have a few Victorian bracelets with padlock clasps, but no keys.

Perhaps this means I should get one--you think?

My key pendant is $95.00. I supplied the heart gemstone to Julia and I didn''t get the chain.

She will. It took her a while to get back to me too and then we emailed back & forth continually until we came up with my design.... including some bling

Anyone who really loves her work, I suggest it''s worth the wait.
Just remember she is literally a one woman operation for everything, including maintaining 2 websites.
Plus, she truly is a perfectionist and puts an awful lot into each piece.

I am just glad I got in before the rush (and booked ahead), lol!

Anyways, here is my key pendant, with the diamond on the bale and a 25" adjustable chain.
I love it and wear it often.

Hello ladies, I also love the key pendants!!! My sweet and amazing DH gave me one recently for my birthday and I must say it''s so goregous that it gives the Tiffany keys a run for their money! I promise to take pic''s of it in the morning when the sun is bright so you guys can see how goregous it is!!!
