Gee I hope you see this - though not sure whether you're regularly on here as I know I haven't been much since I got my BGD cushion. Long story short though, I have sent it back to BGD for one of their settings rather than the original stock setting I used, and it's about to come home to me. What I'm worried about though is that I want to get it back in without paying customs duty / GST of course - I assumed of course this would be easy enough but now having read your thread from resetting your AVC I am wondering what I need to do and you were SO incredibly helpful when I bought the cushion in the first place, I was hoping if you have any advice you can pass it on?
I also sent my own original ER over to BGD in the hope we could reset my cushion into that, but it wouldn't have worked so they have to send that back to me also. Completely my own with no work done to it. I sent it by Registered Post over so I wonder whether it would be better to ask hem to send it back the same way rather than risking a Fedex customs debacle?
Can you help at all?
