possible to get a decent version of this done via CAD? Obvoiusly hand forged would be best but is it possible. For reference, I currently have a Tacori.

Possible, yes, but the bigger issue is the copyright of the design. It cannot be an exact copy.

thanks for the quick response. It wouldn't be exact, I just wasn't sure if the twist part was possible to do well as a CAD

Looks to be the closest to the inspiration ring but I thought Brilliant Earth will not sell the setting without the stone?

That's true. You'd have to buy the stone from them. But I'm not against that if its a round. They give photos.
