CAD options

Does anybody have any thoughts about these two different design options which allow the basket to be raised high enough for the wedding band to fit flush against the engagement ring?

The basket and 3/4 of the engagement ring's band will have prong set baby diamonds in a paveish look. She does not like the modern look where it seems like the stone may 'fall out.'

I'm having trouble imagining what the two will look like with the baby diamonds around the band and basket. So any thoughts would greatly help.

That sure looks like a rendering screen shot out of the Matrix CAD program, it would be relatively easy for the designer to place the diamonds on the band and render the rings in a metal format so that you could see a more realistic rendering of the design... I play in CAD and can tell you that I find the metal rendering to be so much easier to grasp visually than the plastic model look.
