Getting the rock from the local Solomon brothers in Atlanta, or from James Allen (or whiteflash GoG, etc). Here is the setting that I've decided on.

I want to get the setting and rock at the same place.


The rock must be Excellent/ideal cut (this is a must). SI2 or greater clarity/I in color (possibly J)/and .87 carats or greater (gotta have the magical 1 carat.//I'm searching as hard as I can to meet my deadline. Oh, and I'm looking for round, princess, or cushion.


For cushions, all I know is what's been put online at Pricescope...."A very basic table and depth range for Modern Cushion cuts is 54-62 % table and 59-64% depth,"....thanks!

I would try to narrow down shape first and then start shopping. It is much easier that way!
