Buying process when stone is overseas

What's the typical buying process when a stone is on virtual inventory but located in Switzerland? Using one of our recommended vendors, I cannot expect they should or would fund the shipment here to see it.

Right. Most of them would require you to pay the shipping both ways if you just look at the stone and return it. I would eliminate stones out of the country if you feel you are not certain you'd keep the one you order.

It can be a real hassle to bring in a diamond from overseas and send it back. It is normally at least $200 round trip in shipping and insurance. More if it is an expensive diamond.
