Buying diamond in Minnesota

Can someone in Minnesota recommend a Jewerly store in MN that sell good quality diamond for a reasonable price. I am looking for a .50 diamond to propose to my love one - how much should I expect to pay for a F-G and VS2, SI1 grading. A store that sell ideal cut diamond as I''ve heard key is in the cutting. I visited their store about 8 years ago. Have no idea about pricing.

They are an exceptionally storng independant on a street frontage not in a shopping center.

A destination store.

they have a huge range of stock that looked to be very high end at the time..
