Bracelet with Diamond on Side Profile

Hi PSers! Does anyone have a bangle with diamonds on the side profile if that is the right term? I've seen of three sided rings but don't think I've seen it before on a bracelet.

Question 1 - Any concerns on wear and tear to the extent of diamonds falling out? I suppose you can have the metal extend further than the diamond but not sure if it still not durable enough of a place to for diamonds and that is why there isn't options showing this?

Question 2 - I like the idea of the hidden diamonds seeing it from the side of your arm. However, would adding a small emerald or french cut diamond on the top (see my poor example of a photo shop) add to the aesthetics of the bangle? I'm not sure if adding a diamond from the top makes it look "masculine" in a way like a man's engagement ring. Or perhaps does it take away from a "classic" look and make it unnecessarily busy?

The side diamond bracelet is interesting, especially when it comes to durability and the ability to hold the diamonds with the metal designs surrounding it more securely for safety creating the perfect aesthetic.
