Cut wise looks good. Probably some extra weight in the thick girdle. Pricescope your stone I get a range of prices from 3.6k to 4.3k USD. So pricewise, looks slightly higher than US online prices.

we also looked under a scope and could see hearts one way and arrows the other way round. Do they all have hearts and arrows? or is this a certain type of cut?

Hi Miss Dimity,

Looks like a nice diamond! Check the strong blue fluorescence doesn''t make it look hazy in strong sunlight ( although this is rare).

A diamond can show hearts and arrows and not be a true example of the cutting style as laid out, it is a type of precison cut to have '' perfect'' hearts and arrows patterning. But some diamonds can show hearts and arrows anyway which is a bonus for those who like them.

Yay! We checked it under strong sunlight and it didn't look hazy or 'milky' as I had read about strong flurosence.

Thanks for your quick responses Stonecold and Lorelai !!!
