Hello! New user here on Pricescope! The folks at Whiteflash made this necklace for me. I had the Fancy Blue radiant and wanted to have a special, everyday piece made with it. I had toyed with the idea of a ring but I tend to like larger pieces for rings. The blue is small for a stone, but not so much I think for a fancy colored diamond. Whiteflash found me the 1.33 pear and after seeing it in person with my blue I knew they had done a great job finding a stone that was just the right size. The chain holds 3 carats of ACA melee alternating between 10 and 15 point stones. The design on the back of the primary two stones represents the three things which I value most: family (my last initial), God (the cross) , and country(the star).

The Details People Really Want To Know:
Radiant 0.50 FIB VS2 4.58x4.69
Pear GIA 1.33 (G/VS2) 6.16x9.04mm
Alternating 10 and 15 point stones in the chain
Jump rings to make the length of the necklace from 16"-18"-20"

I have had the necklace for about three months now, it is a piece I wear daily. I really love it and I am grateful that it came out as well as it did.
Enjoy the pictures!

   drool! I feel calling this an absolutely stunning piece simply does not do justice! Even better, this necklace has totally refreshed the DBTY concept for me! Nice touches with the personal symbolisms. :))

Thank you asymons412! I had originally planned on just having a pendant made that I could wear on my Tiffany DBTY chains, but to have the bail large enough to slide over the stones would translate to it flipping all the time.
Joesph at WF was very help through the design portion of the flip side, he even let me have my love of math come through the side cut outs to look like sine waves!

Tuffylovr, thank you!

What a stunning piece!

That pendant is the perfect balance for the DBTY neckace.
I bet it keeps all the diamonds face up and prevents flipping.
What a beautiful combination of bling AND color.

LOVE IT!

P.S. What length is the chain? 16"? 18"? It looks perfect!

You can see the little jump rings in the chain....It is 20" in length at the longest but can also be worn at 18" or 16".

What would you like to know?

I for one would like to know all the usual specs that everyone is curious about but too polite to ask.
I'll be the bad guy; I'm used to getting beat up here. :knockout: :o
After all, if that blue diamond is fully natural it's by far the most expensive diamond ever posted on PS, bar none.
. . . and if not it is no less stunning!!!
My curiosity has gotten the best of me, and honestly my nosiness is more about gemology than money.

With white diamonds everyone assumes they are natural here on PS because of the rules against posting synthetics so nobody is shy about asking about specs.
With FCDs we don't know about naturalness unless we're told.
For an FCD yours is so HUGE and such a saturated blue that it begs the question.

Is this Blue FCD synthetic or mined?
Which lab graded it and which color grade did they assign, and are there any secondary hue modifiers?
If it is mined, did the lab grade the origin of the color itself as natural or treated?
What is the carat weight and clarity?
Is there fluorescence? If so, what color?
Can you share with us who the vendor was, and would you give this vendor a good review?
Can you post any close up pics of the blue diamond before it was mounted?

Of course you don't have to answer any of this.
It is nobody's business . . . but you did start the thread, and PSers love spec talk.
I'm an FCD nut and I see every encounter with an FCD is an opportunity to learn more so I'm just blurting out what I'm curious about.
Right now I'm in the middle of deciding between a vivid and an intense blue FCD so this is a particularly timely topic for me.

Regardless of your answers, if any, it is stunning, absolutely exquisite!

Kenny you are not being rude, merely curious, no harm no foul. I am sorry I thought saying EGL was like saying lab grown....maybe not. I will be honest I do not know much about fancy colored diamonds.

It is a lab grown- the other diamonds in the necklace are not and are all from WF.

This is a yea I finished my thesis gift to myself! The blue stone cost about 7k and I was gudied to that seller by a pricescope vendor posting on another forum.

To make things simplier I am going to attach the two reports from the larger stones, the WF ACA melee did not come with any info other then the standerd F/VS info...
