So I sent her a brief message to confirm that she had seen the diamond and could vouch for it; the reply is below. I'm sending payment through today but could still switch diamonds tonight if anyone thinks this is an unsatisfactory response.

Good morning! I have not been in the office this week but, the diamond was pulled and viewed yesterday. I was provided the feedback on the diamond and they said it's beautiful! You will be very pleased with the performance. There is not light leakage anywhere on the diamond which would be noticeable with the naked eye. Nothing in the table for sure

Congrats! I'm sure you got a great stone. BGD also has a very good upgrade policy as well on their Signature diamonds (not sure this applies to the Blue series), so you might be able to upgrade in the future if you choose to do so. Glad everything worked out
