I've bought from both and endorse both.
After reading Pricescope for 13 years I've noticed more complaints about JA's customer service than WF's.
But considering their volume, and the dynamics of an Internet forum I'm not putting JA down.
JA is a great vendor.
If I have 5 minutes to buy a diamond that I'm certain is top top drawer I'd just grab an ACA from WF that has my 4Cs.
If buying from JA I believe it takes a bit more time, knowledge, effort, and alertness to find an equivalent diamond.
