Best value vintage-inspired settings?

Single Stone and Van Craeynest are not in my budget. So it is, I would like to compose a list of designers who create "affordable" vintage-inspired settings. By "affordable", I mean that there are nice settings under $2,000. If you can, please add to the list.

FYI, the ring similar to my style was about $2600-ish. They have really beautiful, unique settings.

I have an ENTIRE spreadsheet of this stuff...I won't bore you with any additional settings. But, this gives you an idea Prices obtained in July.

I did all this research for my BF with the hope that he will pick one of the settings above OR a Gabriel setting and put an AVC in it. Yes, ladies, I'm STILL waiting! And, all the AVCs I was looking at are GONE except for the .82 K...so who knows what he's up to. It's been 8 weeks since we narrowed down the diamonds and settings together and 10 months since he first asked me what I wanted. Good thing I haven't been holding my breath.
