Any last minute advice?

Really looking forward to spending more time on here when the exam is over... and my 2 week vacation to Croatia/Milan/Paris with my fiance following the test. That should be more fun than studying too..... :D

It's been 35 years and I still remember how nervous I was. You'll be fine. Just don't let other people psych you out.

Quality sleep, good nutrition, enough exercise so you can get in your zone on The Day.

Good luck on ya!

You're a monster! You'll stomp all over that thing! Relax!!

Good luck!...I have a bar exam every Friday night...

I second the enabling!

Don't talk to anyone else who's taking the test about the test itself, either before the exam, during breaks, or at the end of the day. And don't do it after the test is over either. Craziness and anxiety can be contagious and nothing good will come of it. Trust me on this. It's the best advice I ever got about the bar exam.

OMG. I was a basket case. If my husband hadn't come with me to Manhattan I think I would have ended up in the ER (I kept forgetting to eat, drink or sleep).

BEST thing he made me do is EACH NIGHT he would make me put my books down at 8pm (it was Manhattan the city was up for hours) and we'd go to dinner and walk around holding hands and window shopping. He would also make sure I was staying hydrated and that I didn't OD on caffeine.

And he would tell me-- you've been studying for MONTHS there is nothing that you can cram in these last few hours that will make a difference. Whereas sleeping, relaxing and eating well WILL make the difference. And he was right.

So my best advice is-- take my husband. LOL. Or you know... take someone who loves you and can keep you balanced on even keel.

If you are going to be alone then set your alarm for a HARD STOP TIME each day. And RESPECT IT. Make sure you get at least 5 hours of sleep. And make sure that you eat and keep hydrated. And NO caffeine past 7pm.

OH TOTALLY! There were a bunch of people psyching each other out at the Bar. IGNORE THEM. Just take your ipod and wear it going in and when you come out. Block everyone else's comments out!

Thanks everyone. I've found finding a hard time to quit and go to bed or relax will probably be the hardest part-- there is always more you could do! :wall: :errrr: My fiancé isn't staying at the hotel with me but we are planning on going to dinner each night and relaxing.

Hoping to spend most of Monday (the day before the exam) relaxing and reviewing things for the non-substantive-knowledge section (MPT), so I don't read something that freaks me out.

Then DEFINITELY gawking at some bling in Milan and Paris (and maybe spoiling myself just a little). Any recommendations of places to eat/ things to do/ places to gawk at beautiful bling in Milan or Paris??

6 more days!!

I was lucky. I had no issues. Test went without a hitch, but thanks for the heads up

Europe bound now
