Just wanted to let you know in case you buy anything from them.
I bought a very beautiful diamond maple leaf pendant from them a short while ago. There were no details about the diamond quality on the website but I had seen images of a celebrity wearing it and it looked good. The customer service email with tracking was blank, so I had to call to get the tracking number. I also enquired about the color and clarity of the diamonds and was told that they didn't know, but they don't carry jewelry under I color. However, they were unable to tell me the color and clarity of my particular item. Customer service ignored my email so I had to call a store to get this information.
The maple leaf arrived and is lovely. No problem.
I then saw a double silver necklace I liked - so two in one, a shorter one and a longer one. But in common with many items on their website, there is a real dearth of product information available and I couldn't tell the length. I emailed customer service and again was ignored. Over the next weeks, I called three different stores and asked the measurements, and was faithfully told 18 and 20 inches. Perfect for V-necks, which is what I usually wear.
I ordered it. Again, the tracking email was blank and I had to call them to get the delivery schedule info.
When it arrived, it was a completely different type of necklace. I thought it was small and delicate, based on the 18 and 20 inches I'd been repeatedly told. However, the shorter part is 20 inches and the longer part is 28 inches, with the large pendant adding an inch. (You could really only wear it to its best advantage with a high-ish round neck, so both pendants are against the material, instead of one being against your skin and one being against your clothes. See the photo below.) It's a long, flowing necklace. Nice, but a completely different thing and a different look from what I thought I'd ordered.
What annoys me is how inaccurate the company's info was. I would never have bought the necklace otherwise. Since it was sold to me under false pretenses, I don't feel I should have to pay return shipping. I contacted customer service and was told that they did not believe me about the length because "ALL our necklaces are 18 inches long." So if I wanted free return shipping, I would have to take photos to "prove" what I was saying. In a busy day, this was inconvenient, but I did it. I am so annoyed with them now!
Actually, although the necklace is a completely different type of piece from what I was expecting, it's still really nice and it's crossed my mind to keep it. But the company's generally crappy service - their lack of product info and ignoring customer service emails, which has you running around calling different stores trying to get at the truth, albeit measurements or diamond quality - their blank tracking emails which mean you have to call for info, their completely inaccurate product info, and now their telling me that all their necklaces are 18 inches and they will continue to believe this until I prove otherwise with photos leaves me feeling bad about the purchase. With a round neckline, the necklace actually looks really nice, but the whole thing has been soured by the company just being crap. Have you ever felt like that? Felt like returning a nice piece because the company has turned you off so much?
