Asscher in Setting like Britney Spear''s

So I was browsing the celebrity ring thread and saw Britney''s first ER.

Anyone have something similar to it with an asscher?

Any thoughts on how an asscher would look in this setting?

The ring in the pic is 4 carats, think this would look good with a 1.5 carat asscher?

1.5ct asscher is about 6.4-6.6mm square, that should be enough to make a nice split shank like the photo, but the spacing wouldn't be as wide and the shanks would be about the same thickness, but relative to the center stone size in that picture they would look thicker.
