I imagine DK and J&Co get the cream first hand from D.

That''s why well cut H/vs is hard to find they all go too the DK brand from them.
The rest are fair game for pretty much anyone.
There is a PS vendor that one year sold more of their production than they did under their own brands.

Yes... there was overproduction at a certain time...

But now a days I am convinced the right cuts can get here to PS..., thats why I am a bit surprised you saying there are almost none...

yep H/VS is the most popular combo in the mid-range and higher b&m market and the best bang for the buck online in my opinion.
