Hey Ice-Wow....Some really sick photos. Your quite ripped. I would just like to add that it's funny you state how your body responds to where it used to be. About a year ago I decided to get off my duff and start jogging and swimming. I grew up competitively swimming for 15 years going to many, many competitions and state finals. A year and 1/2 ago I was 268 lbs. with my clothes off lol.... Yuck..I just really let myself go. Anway I got back in the pool & after I started jogging I dropped to 190 lbs and have kept it off. I think your body and muscles and metabolism respond to a certain degree to the points in your life when your body was conditioned the most. After 15 years of competive swimming it seems that my edge came right back which probably helped me lose all that weight. Anyway thought I'd add my 2 cents.----------------
