Appraiser willing to obtain a Sarin report...

I found an independent appraiser who is willing to obtain a Sarin report on my diamond. He''s an independent appraiser (part of the ASA and listed on pricescope.com) who has an associate in the jewelery district that has a Sarin machine. He''ll complete the appraisal afterwards for $90 in total. Did I find a diamond in the "ruff" or what?! A sarin report and an appraisal for the price of one.

Should I be wary? Should the diamond be in sight at all time?

If he is part of the ASA and listed on pricescope.com I would not be concerned at all.
