I agree with Allison being in the top...but I''d gladly hand over either of the boys (or both

I was REALLY disappointed that it was Adam and not Norman!!

For some reason Adam really bothers me. His cheezy facial expressions while he sings are just over the top.. it's just painful for me to watch. and that trendy "emo" HAIR!! ugh..

What are the odds they bring back Norman for the wild card?? probably slim.. simon seems to hate him. I wonder how many votes he actually got..

Yeah. I really was hoping that votefortheworst would get on it and get Norman/Nick in there - I felt like the judges would bring back Adam to sing again for the wild card but doubt they''ll bring in Norman (who btw actually looks soooo normal and not bad looking in his normal persona lol).

Adam had a great performance but yeah, his expressions are going to get old so fast.

And the other guy? Nice looking guy -and as BF says, he''s VERY inoffensive looking and inoffensive sounding. But I can''t even remember his name. If Anoop had been in this round he would''ve moved on for sure!

Last night was the first night I realized Kris Allen could win this thing. I''ve been rooting for Allison & Danny but Kris knocked me out last night. And he''s such a commercial mix of good looks/talent/creativity/likability that I''m starting to think he may take it all!

Danny has a compelling story (dead wife) and great pipes but he looks smug sometimes & folks might get tired of sympathy.

Allison is an amazing singer but her personality isn''t clicking w/America

Adam makes me wanna claw my ears off & wash out my eyes with soap so obviously I don''t think America is gonna get ENOUGH peeps in his corner to win

The rest are meh, not serious contenders IMHO -- except for Kris. He''s really rising to the challenge week after week. A conventionally *cute* boy winning? Has that ever happened? Do NOT tell me you think David "Alien Head" Cook is "conventionally cute" -- puhleeze. Not even my George Clooney Gray Fox is "conventionally cute" -- Kris Allen would be Justin Timberlake boy-band cute. The male equivalent of Carrie Underwood winning. An aesthetic homerun.

He is a good singer, though. I liked his friend (can''t remember his name), who was cut during Hollywood week, better.

Adam makes me wanna claw my ears off & wash out my eyes with soap so obviously I don''t think America is gonna get ENOUGH peeps in his corner to win He''s a total poseur and wears way too much makeup. The words Adam and Artist don''t belong in the same sentence.

I really like Matt when he is singing the blues. I thought he was crap last night - though I hope he doesn''t go home tonight.

Okay, here''s my thoughts on last night:

Allison, thought her voice was amazing, but wow she was trying too hard with that 80''s punk rock look....tone it down a little bit honey!

Adam, I don''t even remember what he sang....he distracts me with his make love to the camera face and when he rubs himself inappropriately....eww, it''s a family show!

Anoop, love him but thought his performance was weak last night.

Danny, still think he is great and still love him.

Kris, wow he was AWESOME last night. For the first time, I thought he could actually win the whole thing!

Lil, great vocals but snoozefest last night.

Matt, should stick to bluesy types of music from now on....rock is not his thing.

Scott, thought he was good but kind of boring. I don''t think he''s near good enough vocally to win the whole thing, although very inspiring.

Megan, Sadly I think she will go home tonight. I thought her song was horrible. She sounds like Adele (sp?) and Duffy and should have picked a song like that that is current now.

Can''t wait to see who leaves but my guess is that the bottom 2 will be Scott and Megan and Megan will go home.

I've never watched a whole season of AI until now, and let me tell ta, I'm addicted. My husband and I watch it together, and it's been fun.

I LOVE Kris Allen. Seriously, if I knew him in real life (and if I was younger and uh, not married), I'd totally have a HUGE crush on him. Oh heck, I DO have a huge crush on him!

I can't understand why Megan is still on the show. I love her personality, but I'm not into her cabaret-style of singing. It kind of grates on me.

Allison -- for a 16 year old, she can SING, but the raspy voice bugs me at times.

Scott -- he's such a sweet guy, and he's talented, but I don't think he'll make it much further. I just don't see him as idol material.

Danny -- I love him. He seems so sweet, and I love his voice and style. Apparently, I have a thing for the sweet guys on the show.

Adam -- I'd be a friend of his in a heartbeat, which is funny, because he's nothing like my other friends. He's certainly unique, and that's why I love him. Yeah, he's kind of out there at times, but he's talented.

Lil -- she can sing, but I didn't like her performance at all last night. I hate that song she sung (by Celine Dion), and I didn't think she had a great night.

Matt -- I really like him as well. He's in my top 4 (Danny, Kris, and Adam are the others)

Anoop -- he wants to be an R&B artist, but I totally don't see that at all. He's talented but I don't think he'll be around for much longer. Do you notice that the collar of his shirts are always turned up? For some reason that bothers me.

I really like Megan. I think she is cute and has a unique quality about her, like Brook White in the last season. But it''s painfully obvious she''s missing her baby and had kinda given up on the whole thing.

Adam and Matt are both very talented but somehow don''t connect with the voting audience as well as Danny or Scott. I think the dark horse this year could be Chris. He''s decent enough but I just don''t see ''star''...Sorry.

But, eh, can''t believe rumors. From what I know of QT it kinda makes sense though that he''d like her (of the folks left). We''ll see. We''ll see. Or, rather ... *I''ll* see.

I watch, but am not as into anyone this year.

I like Allison, Kris and Matt.

I really really really want LIL to wake up and rock it out. You know she has it in her! It''s so frustrating to watch.

Danny I liked more in the beginning but he picks the most boring songs. Great voice, but he is what bores me about Idol. Safe.

Adam is annoying but he is always interesting to watch, and he does always do it "his" way, so I gotta respect that.

I may be in the minority here, but I love Adam. Totally reminds me of Freddie Mercury (whom I loved).

That said, I would have had an ''indecent proposal'' with Jason Castro last season, so yah....my street cred is questionable.

Hi Mela! I liked Jason Castro too.

I like Adam's artistic choices, I just don't love his personality yet. How funny was it last week when they interviewed his parents and his mom was saying that Adam loved everything as a kid, music, art, etc.m and his dad piped in, all straight-faced:
"Not sports."

Oh yeah, Anoop. I like him, but he's going home soon. He's good on the ballads, but just not enough of star quality to be his own artist. Too bad.

ETA: Mela, is that just because he reminds you of Kal Penn?????

He totally reminds me of Kutner on House. It's not just the ethnicity thing, it's his stillness or something about the way he carries himself. Kinda cute, kinda dorky????
